Meet the Staff

Administration

Ms. Natalie – Owner/Director

I am the Owner and Director of Future Generation Academy in  Holmdel. As parents of a young child, my husband George and I had a vision of running an environment for young children that is safe, nurturing, loving, caring and focused on early childhood education. After nine years of dedicated research and planning, in 1999 we opened a franchise school – Tutor Time Child Care Learning Center. In November, 2014 we became independent under the new name – Future Generation Academy.

I’m coming with BS degree in Computer Science and have 18 years of experience as a project leader in computer analysis and system development. My husband and I are the proud parents of our son who earned BS degree in Communications and Post Production.

Mr. George – Owner/VP

My husband George is the Owner and VP of  Future Generation Academy since opening. He is very involved in our healthy food choices and he enjoys to be active in sports with our children. We find our children happy when they see Mr. George.

Mr. George attends annual workshops and conventions for business planning and is responsible for many aspects in running the business at Future Generation Academy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and BS degree in Computer Science.

Ms. Erica – Assistant Director

Ms. Erica joined the company in 2011 with BS degree in Special Education. Ms. Erica started with us as an Assistant Teacher in Pre-K and soon after was promoted to the Lead Teaching position for Prepper Classroom. She was promoted to an Assistant Supervisor position in January, 2015. She then was promoted to Assistant Director in February 2018.
